Shipping

All orders are sent via THAILAND POST, DHL or Local Post depending on which option is available. All orders can be tracked.

For our local Thailand order should take 1 - 3 business days from dispatch to arrive.

and for any international order, it should take around 7 - 14 business days from dispatch to arrive. We always make packing as quickly as we can, but sometimes the postal services take some time to deliver. We do apologize in advance and really thank you for understanding. We do offer worldwide shipping and all the international shipping cost will be calculated at the end. Also, we offered free international shipping for over 10000 THB order.

Please provide your phone number in the shipping details so that the local shipping service can contact you if needed.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Tracking your order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.

Taxes & duties

All applicable taxes, customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the customer and differ between countries. We do not charge any duties or taxes on international orders.

We are prohibited by law from marking an order as a ‘gift' on customs declaration forms, even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. For further information you might want to call your local customs office.

Return & Exchange Policy

We strongly encourage you to email us with any prior questions or concerns. We also strongly suggest you precisely note measurements and scale of all products before purchasing.

At the moment, we do not accept any cancellation/request for return/ exchange so please consider carefully before placing the order.
